Formal description of custody, commitment registry, nonce scheme and ledger invariants.
PHASE B: AUTHORIZATION
Evaluate hash-based and lattice-based signature options against Solana compute and transaction-size limits.
PHASE C: DEVNET PROTOTYPE
Devnet-only implementation with public test vectors. No mainnet.
PHASE D: REVIEW
Independent cryptographic and smart-contract audits, irreversible-loss analysis, privacy analysis. Only then would any claim about security be made.
