Ghost Identities
PROPOSEDNOT IMPLEMENTED
A Ghost Identity is a locally generated secret whose commitment is registered with the protocol. Authority to move internal balances comes from proving knowledge of, or signing with, that secret, rather than from the depositing wallet.
HOLDER RESPONSIBILITY
If the secret is lost, the balance it controls may be irrecoverable. Recovery designs are an open research item, and none currently exist.
WHAT THE DEMO SHOWS
The fingerprints on this site are visual renderings from a random seed. They are not keys, not commitments to real secrets and must never be treated as credentials.
