Hibernation

Hibernation is a state set by the identity owner that disables external withdrawals from the vault. Exiting hibernation requires owner authorization. There is no administrator key that can lift it.

TRADE-OFF

With no override, a lost identity secret means a permanently hibernated balance. This is an intentional and serious trade-off that needs explicit user consent.
